I am ashkenazi woman do i say Akedat itzhak in shacharit,
Also can a marble island counter can be used both to cut on cutting board seperatley meat and milk? or do i need to kasher the counter?

To the Questioner,
1. Many Ashkenazim do have the custom to say Akedat Yitzchak by Shacharit, so you may.
2. The counter does not need to be kashered unless hot milk products and hot meat products have touched it, or you have sliced onions, garlic or other sharp vegetables directly on the counter (without a cutting board) with a milk knife and then with a meat knife (or vice versa).
